The Hands Behind the Repair

I'm Ilia, owner-operator of DENTSAWAY, with over 5 years of hands-on experience in paintless dent repair.

For the past three years, I've been chasing hail storms across the country as part of catastrophe (CAT) repair crews — often repairing hundreds of dents a day. That volume built a depth of hands-on experience most technicians never get the chance to develop.

Pushing to keep improving, I've trained under some of the best in the industry: Marty Runik, founder of Top Gun PDR and one of the most respected, experienced trainers in the field, and Brice Kelly, owner of Central Florida Dent Repair and widely regarded as one of the top active PDR technicians in the world.

The industry keeps moving forward — new tools and techniques show up constantly, and staying at the top level means continually reinvesting in better equipment. I also attend PDR and broader auto-industry trade shows regularly to stay current with the newest tools, devices, and repair technologies.
